Ingredients
- 500g minced beef
- 3 garlic cloves - finely chopped
- 20g fresh ginger - finely choped
- 1 carrot - finely chopped
- 1 onion - finely chopped
For the seasoning A
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 6 cardamom pod - precut
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
For the seasoning B
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
For the seasoning C
- 1/2 tbsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
Instructions
- 1. In a fry pan, heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil over medium heat and then add all the seasoning A. Fry them until they are fragrant. Transfer to the plate and set aside until use.
- 2. Add 1 tbsp vegetable oil in the fry pan, and fry garlic and ginger until aromatic. Add the minced beef and stir-fry until no longer pink. Add carrot, onion and fry them well stirring constantly.
- 3. Combine the seasoning A (which you made in #1) with the meat mixture.
- 4. Add the seasoning B in it and fry them well to combine evenly.
- 5. Finally add paprika powder and garam masala. Stir well to combine well.
- Serve hot with hot rice or popover!
