Avocado gratin

Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves - finely chopped or grated
- 1 tbsp fried onion
- 30g shredded cheese (your choice)
For the seasoning :
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp tsuyu 3 times concentrated
- a dash of sugar
- a dash of fine salt to your taste
- 2 tbsp panko/bread crumbs
Instructions
- 1. In a frying-pan (no oil), add bread crumbs and toast over medium heat until brown. Let it aside.
- 2. Halve the avocados, discard the seed and spoon most of the flesh carefully. Keep the shells. Place the avocado flesh in a bowl and add lemon juice. Mash with a fork or a potato masher.
- 3. Add garlic, fried onion and the seasoning, mix well. Then add cheese and mix.
- 4. Fill empty avocado shells with the avocado mixture evenly.
- 5. Bake for 10 min at 180℃. Sprinkle fried-panko and serve!
