Ingredients
- 250g raw prawns
- 1 tbsp coooking sake
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp katakuriko / potato starch
- 3 garlic cloves - finely chopped
For the seasoning
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 30g scallion - finely chopped
Instructions
- 1. In a small bowl, marinate shrimps, cooking sake and salt for about 30 mins. Set aside.
- 2. Add katakuriko into shrimps and mix well.
- 3. In a small cup, add all the seasoning ingredients and mix well. Set aside.
- 4. In a fry pan, heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil and then fry garlic until they are fragrant. Add shrimps and cook until no longer pink. Add the mixed seasoning sauce and cook to combine evenly.
- 5. Sprinkle scallions onto shrimps and gently fry for about 1 mins.
- Serve hot.
