Ingredients
- 330g plain yogurt - no sugar added
- 2 tbsp vanilla syrup (or 2 tbsp sugar and 1/3 vanilla extract)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 60ml heavy cream - beat until firm peaks form
- 1 tbsp white sugar
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, add yogurt, vanilla syrup, maple syrup and mix well.
- 2. In a another bowl, add heavy cream and 1 tbsp white sugar and beat until firm peaks form.
- 3. Pour the yogurt mixture into whipped cream little by little and beat in each case.
- 4. Pour the yogurt ice mixture evenly into ice pop mold and pop in your ice sticks then freeze for at least 5 hours or until firm.
- Adjust the sweetness according your taste.
