Yield: 150ml x 7

Mango jelly

Ingredients

  • - Ingredient A -
  • 2 riped mango
  • 280ml milk
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk
  • 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp grand marnier liqueur
  • 120ml heavy cream - beat until soft peaks form
  • 10g gelatin
  • 50ml water

    For the sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp condensed milk
  • 3 tbsp heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Instructions

  • 1. Put all ingredients A in your blender and juice it all. Transfer into a medium bowl.
  • 2. Add the whipped cream into the mango mixture and mix well.
  • 3. In a microwave-safe case, put 50ml water, add gelatin and micro-wave it for about 15 seconds. Remove from the microwave oven and mix it to melt the gelatin.
  • 4. Pour the gelatin mixture into the mango mixture and mix well. Spoon the mixture into your dessert serving cups. Chill for about 3 to 4 hours or until set.
  • 5. In a small bowl, add all the sauce ingredients and mix it to combine evenly. Pour the sauce over the firm mango jelly before you eat.

  • Adjust the sweetness according to your taste.
