Ingredients
- 3 bananas
- 1 lemon for juice
- - Ingredient A -
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- - Ingredient B -
- 150ml fresh milk
- 50ml evaporated milk
- 80g heavy cream - beat until firm peaks form
Instructions
- 1. Arrange the banana slices and lemon juice in a frying pan and cook for about 2 mins over medium-high on each side. Add ingredient "A" and simmer for another a few mins. Let it cool and set aside.
- 2. Add cooked bananas and ingredient "B" in your blender and puree them until they are smooth.
- 3. Transfer banana mixture into a medium bowl and add whipped cream gently. Mix them to combine evenly.
- 4. Pour the ice mixture evenly into ice pop mold and pop in your ice sticks then freeze for at least 5 hours or until firm.
