Ingredients
- 300g brown mushroom - finely chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 scallions - finely chopped
- 1 onion - finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves - finely chopped
- 1 tbsp white wine
- - Ingredient A -
- 25g butter
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 or 2 bay leaf
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- - Ingredient B -
- 260g sour cream
- 5 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- pepper to taste
For the garnish
- some chives (optional)
Instructions
- 1. In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add garlic and fry until fragrant. Add scallion, onion and mushroom and saute until the mushrooms are tender. Add white wine and stir more for 1 min.
- 2. Add all the ingredient "A" and cook. Add the ingredient B and simmer for about 5 to 10 mins.
- 3. When the pasta is cooked reheat the sauce.
- Mix with Pasta and serve. Garnish with some chives if you desired.
