Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 5 garlic cloves - finely chopped
- 1 onion - finely chopped
- 700g ground beef
- 1 carrot - finely chopped
- 1 zucchini - finely chopped
- Ingredient A -
- 30ml white wine
- 50ml red wine
- 2 diced tomatoes can (400g x 2)
- 2 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 1/2 tbsp tomato paste
- 20g butter
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 bay leaf
- 10g chocolate
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat, fry garlic until fragrant. Add onion, carrot, zucchini and ground beef and cook until the meat is no longer pink.
- 2. Add all the ingredient A and bring to a boil. Once the sauce has boiled, cover and simmer for about 30 to 45 minutes.
- 3. Add 2 tbsp olive oil and simmer for another 10 minutes.
- Serve with spaghetti, angel hair pasta, penne, etc...
