Crumble

Instructions

• 1. Sift cake flour, sugar and salt together into a medium bowl.
• 2. Combine the butter with the flour, using your fingers, till it reaches a crumbly sandy texture.
• If you don't use it right away, you can transfer it to a ziploc bags and store it in the freezer until ready to use.
