Ingredients
- 50g cake flour - sifted
- 35g white sugar
- 25g unsalted butter - chopped into small cubes
- a dash of fine salt
Instructions
- 1. Sift cake flour, sugar and salt together into a medium bowl.
- 2. Combine the butter with the flour, using your fingers, till it reaches a crumbly sandy texture.
- If you don't use it right away, you can transfer it to a ziploc bags and store it in the freezer until ready to use.
