1. Combine rice and water (6 cups) in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to medium-low). Simmer covered 10 minutes (as the packet instructions). Put it aside.
2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat. Add chopped garlic and stir-fry until they turn a nice brown color. Add bacon, onion and carrot gradually and stir-fry until the vegetables become wilted.
3. Add cooked rice, button mushroom and all seasoning ingredients into the skillet and continue cooking for about 3 mins, stirring occasionally or until heated through.
