Ingredients
- 5g fresh mint leaves
- a small bunch Coriander leaves - 30g
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 1/4 tsp white sugar
- a dash of fine salt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions
- 1. Add all the ingredients in a food processor or a blender and whiz to combine until all ingredients are smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with samosa, fish, curry etc... enjoy!
