Ingredients
- 350g skinless, boneless chicken breast
- 250g yellow split pea - wash and drain
- 1 canned corn - used del monte whole kernel corn
- 3 cloves garlic - chopped
- 2 sticks celery - cut into small pieces
- 1/2 carrot - cut into small pieces
- 1 baby leaf
For the soup seasoning
- 600ml water
- 1 chicken stock cube
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- Pepper and Salt to taste
Instructions
- 1. Add chicken, yellow beans, corn, bay leaf, celery, carrot, garlic and then add all the soup seasoning ingredients into the slow crock-pot. Stir to combine.
- 2. Cover and cook on High for 4 hours or on Low 8 hours, until peas and vegetables are tender.
- 3. Serve hot!
