Chicken cream

Ingredients

  • 450g chicken tenderloin - cut to bite-size chunks
  • [Ingredients A]
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp fine salt
  • 1 tsp herbes de provence
  • 1 tbsp tsuyu

  • 1 onion - cut into slices
  • 1 pack button mushroom (200g) - cut into slices
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

For the seasoning

  • 100ml heavy cream
  • 50ml milk
  • 10g butter
  • pepper and salt to taste

Instructions

  • 1. In a medium bowl, add chicken and all ingredient A and marinate them about for 30 mins in the refrigerator.
  • 2. In a fry pan, heat 1 tbsp olive oil, and fry the onion until soft. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry together until no longer pink.
  • 3. Finally add mushrooms and saute lightly.
  • 4. Add all seasoning ingredients at the same time. Mix and stir-fry.
  • 5. Serve hot with steamed rice, bread, or even pasta!
