Ingredients
- 60g basil
- 6 garlic cloves
- 50g pine nuts
- 10g almond
- 10g cashew nuts
- 50ml sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp tsuyu
- 1 tbsp white sesame
- 20g parmesan kraft cheese
Instructions
- 1. Add all ingredients in a food processor fitted with an S-blade.
- 2. Process for about 2 to 3 minutes until the mixture turns to smooth paste, stopping to scrap the sides as needed.
- 3. Use the paste with pasta or fried rice or as a sauce for a meal depend you like.
- 4. If you don't use it all at once, then you can store it in the freezer for up to about 2 months. Store in a Ziploc Freezer bag or a food plastic container.
