Ingredients
- 1 tbsp vanilla monin syrup
- 30ml evaporated milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 30ml fresh milk
- 80ml heavy cream - beat until firm peaks form
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, beat heavy cream until firm peaks form.
- 2. Add evaporated milk little by little and mix, using a electric hand mixer. Add vanilla syrup, maple syrup and mix well, still using a electric hand mixer.
- 3. Add milk slowly and mix well.
- 3. Pour the blended vanilla ice mixture evenly into ice pop mold and pop in your ice sticks then freeze for at least 5 hours or until firm.
