Ingredients
- 3 ripe kiwis
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp vanilla monin syrup (or 1 tbsp white sugar and a dash of vanilla extract)
- 1/2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- 30ml heavy cream - beat until firm peaks form
- 2 tbsp white sugar
Instructions
- 1. Keep 3 slices of kiwi for the filling.
- 2. Add the rest of kiwis, lemon and honey in your blender and puree them until they are smooth. Transfer into a bowl and add monin syrup and condensed milk, mix well.
- 3. In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream and 2 tbsp white sugar until firm peaks form.
- 4. Pour the kiwi mixture into whipped heavy cream little by little and mix well to combine evenly.
- 5. Put a sliced kiwi into each mold and pour the kiwi ice mixture evenly into ice pop mold and pop in your ice sticks then freeze for at least 3-5 hours or until firm.
- Adjust the sweetness according to your taste.
