- 2 ripe mangoes (270g)
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp vanilla syrup (Monin or similar)
- 3 or 4 tbsp white sugar
- 200ml milk
ingredients B
- 130ml heavy cream - beat to soft-peak
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
ingredients C
- 100ml water
- 15g gelatin
For the garnish
- some of whipped cream
Instructions
- 1. Add all ingredients A in your blender and puree with a blender until they are smooth.
- 2. Transfer mango puree in a bowl and add ingredients B. Mix well. Set aside.
- 3. In a micro-wave safe cup, add water, gelatin and mix them lightly. Micro-wave for 15 seconds and remove from micro-wave and mix well.
- 4. Pour the gelatin mixture into mango puree. Whisk them to combine evenly.
- 5. Fill the individual dessert cups and chill the mousses to set. Garnish the mousses with the whipped cream.
