Ingredients
- 15 pieces strawberries ( about 280g)
- 30ml evaporated milk
- 2 tbsp vanilla monin syrup or 2 tbsp white sugar and 1/4 vanilla extract
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp white sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 30ml milk
- 80ml heavy cream - beat until firm peaks form
Instructions
- 1. Keep 3 or 4 pieces of strawberries (thinly sliced) for the filling.
- 2. Add the rest of strawberries, evaporated milk, vanilla monin syrup, lemon juice, sugar, honey in your blender and puree them until they are smooth. Transfer into a bowl and add milk, mix well.
- 3. In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream until firm peaks form. Pour the strawberry mixture into whipped cream little by little and mix well to combine evenly.
- 4. Put some sliced strawberries into each mold and pour the strawberry ice mixture evenly into ice pop mold and pop in your ice sticks then freeze for at least 5 hours or until firm.
- Adjust the sweetness according to your taste.
