Ingredients
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 pack green beans (150g) or green onion - chopped
- 5 garlic cloves - finely chopped
- 30g fresh ginger - finely chopped
- 1 stick leek - thinly slice into rings or roughly chopped
- 250g dried vermicelli - soak about for 10 minutes in clean water - then cut into bite sizes
- 500g minced pork
For the seasoning
- 1 tbsp japanese cooking sake or white cook wine
- 1 tsp weipa
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp sugar
- dash of salt to taste
- some Chili if desired
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a fry pan and fry garlic and ginger until they are fragrant or lightly brown.
- 2. Add minced pork and leek, stir-fry until no longer pink over medium high heat. Add vermicelli and cook for about 5 mins, stir frequently to prevent burning.
- 3. Add all the seasoning sauce, stir them to combine evenly.
- 4. Add green beans or green onion and gently fry them.
- 5. Serve hot with steamed rice.
