Watermelon ice pop

Ingredients

  • 350g watermelon - cut into small chunks and frozen
  • 1/2 tbs lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp vanilla monin syrup or 2 tbsp sugar and 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 80ml heavy cream - beat until firm peaks form
  • 20g chocolate chip (optional)

Instructions

  • 1. Add frozen watermelon,lemon juice, vanilla syrup, sugar and condensed milk in a food processor and process until smooth like sorbet texture.
  • 2. In a bowl, beat heavy cream until firm peaks form. Add the watermelon mixture into whipped cream little by little and mix well in each case.
  • 3. Pour the watermelon ice mixture evenly into ice pop mold and pop in your ice sticks then freeze for at least 3-5 hours or until firm.

  • Adjust the sweetness according your taste.
