Ingredients
- 3 bananas (frozen / about 250g) - cut into small chunks
- -A-
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 40ml milk
- -B-
- 150ml coconut milk
- 1 tbsp white sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- 1. In a small milk pan, add coconut milk and sugar and bring to a boil. Add vanilla extract, mix and let cool down.
- 2. Add the ingredients "A" and lukewarm coconut milk in your blender and puree them until they are smooth.
- 3. Pour the banana coco ice mixture evenly into ice pop mold and pop in your ice sticks then freeze for at least 5 hours or until firm.
- Adjust the sweetness according your taste.
