Ingredients
- 300g carrots - finely chopped
- 120g ham - finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves - finely chopped
- 60g shredded cheese
- 60g panko/bread crumb
- 50ml milk
- 1 egg
For the seasoning:
- 5 tbsp corn starch
- 1/4 tsp fine salt
- 1 tsp thai sweet chili sauce
- 1 tsp thai seasoning sauce
- 1/2 tsp thai fish sauce
- 1 tsp soy beans paste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- 1. In a medium bowl, add carrot, ham, garlic and cheese. Mix them to combine evenly.
- 2. In a separate small bowl, soak panko/bread crumb in milk (50ml).
- 3. Add egg and soaked panko into carrot mixture and mix.
- 4. Add all the seasoning ingredient and mix well.
- 5. Shape the mixture into desired shape and size and place it on the skillet over low-medium heat. Cook both sides until lightly browned. Turn the patty gently after you cook well as the mixture is very soft.
- 6. Serve hot!
