1. In a medium bowl, add carrot, ham, garlic and cheese. Mix them to combine evenly.
2. In a separate small bowl, soak panko/bread crumb in milk (50ml).
3. Add egg and soaked panko into carrot mixture and mix.
4. Add all the seasoning ingredient and mix well.
5. Shape the mixture into desired shape and size and place it on the skillet over low-medium heat. Cook both sides until lightly browned. Turn the patty gently after you cook well as the mixture is very soft.
