Ingredients
- -Ingredient A-
- 6 garlic cloves - finely chopped
- 600g celery
- 80ml olive oiil
- 15g lemon juice
- 50g cashew nut
- 40g walnut
- -Ingredient B-
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp mayonaise
Instructions
- 1. Dry-fry cashew nut and walnut in a small fry-pan carefully roast. Cool it down.
- 2. Add the ingredients A in your food processor and process until the puree is silky-smooth. Transfer to the medium bowl.
- 3. Add the ingredients B (seasoning) into a bowl and combine them well.
- Mix with the pasta! (add some salt if you want.)
