Dory filet cooked in soy sauce – nitsuke

Ingredients

  • 530g dory filet

Ingredient A

  • 30ml cooking sake
  • 30ml soy sauce
  • 30ml mirin
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp honey
  • -------------------------------
  • 15g butter

Instructions

  • 1. Fry the dory fillets in the fry pan lightly for each side on medium fire.
  • 2. Add all the ingredient A into the fry pan and cook the fish for about 10 minutes over low-medium heat.
  • 3. Add butter to taste.
  • Serve hot with hot steamed rice!
