- 530g dory filet
Ingredient A
- 30ml cooking sake
- 30ml soy sauce
- 30ml mirin
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tbsp honey

- 15g butter
Instructions
- 1. Fry the dory fillets in the fry pan lightly for each side on medium fire.
- 2. Add all the ingredient A into the fry pan and cook the fish for about 10 minutes over low-medium heat.
- 3. Add butter to taste.
- Serve hot with hot steamed rice!
