Ingredients
- 250g watercress
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- - ingredient A -
- 5 garlic cloves
- 50g walnut
- 20g almond
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp tsuyu
- 40ml olive oil
- 5g brown sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- 1. In a medium fry-pan, heat 1 tbsp olive oil and add the watercress and stir-fry until tender. Put it aside to let it cool.
- 2. Add lukewarm watercress and all the ingredient A in your food processor and process until smooth.
- 3. Put back to the fry-pan and fry them until the pungency of garlic get milder.
- Serve with bread or use as pasta sauce!
