Ingredients
- 200g corn flour
- 190ml lukewarm water
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp fine salt
- For the seasoning :
- Just some salt or the following
- -Ingredient A-
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp fine salt
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 2/3 tsp paprika powder
Instructions
- 1. Sieve corn flour. Add oil, salt and mix to combine. Add lukewarm water and mix until the dough is smooth.
- 2. Roll out the dough thinly with a rolling pin on a floured surface and cut into desired shape of chips.
- 3. Heat the oil in a wok or frying-pan and deep fry the chips till golden brown both side. Transfer them to a plate lined with paper towels to drain the oil.
- 4. Just dust with fine salt or toss "ingredients A" to coat.
- 5. You can store them in air tight containers.
