Ingredients
- 4 white fish fillet, such as cod, dolly...
- 1 onion - sliced
- 4 brown mushroom - sliced
- 1 carrot - slice as you prefer
- 10g - salted butter
- - Ingredient A -
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp tsuyu
- 3g lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- some of green long onion - finely chopped
Instructions
- 1. In a small bowl, add all ingredient "A" and mix to combine. Set aside.
- 2. Place each fillet in the center of a piece of aluminum foil. Arrange equal amounts of mushrooms, carrots and butter over each piece of fish.
- 3. Fold edges up to seal.
- 4. Add about 1cm water in a medium frying pan (nonstick if possible), place the foil-wrapped fillet in it and heat over medium-high for about 5 mins.
- 5. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 10 mins.
- 6. Heat the sauce (A) in a small cooking pot and pour the sauce (A) evenly on top of each fillet. Sprinkle some green onion for the garnish.
