Ingredients
- 2 cup Japanese rice or thai rice
- 2 cup water
- 1 tbsp sesame
- 1/2 tsp fine salt
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
- 25g fresh ginger - julienne
Instructions
- 1. Wash the rice well and drain.
- 2. Put the washed rice in a rice cooker pot. Add the water to the rice.
- 3. Add salt, sesame, dashi and ginger over the rice. If there are any options on your rice cooker, then choose white rice. Click to start!
- 4. Once the rice is cooked, let it steam for about 10 minutes. Fluff the rice with a paddle gently and serve hot!
