Ingredients
- 350g ground beef
- - Ingredient A -
- 110g coriander - chopped
- 4 garlic cloves - finely chopped
- 1 tbsp strawberry jam
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1 tbsp tamarind paste
- 1 egg
- some flour
- some panko - bread crumbs
- - Ingredient B -
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp milk
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, add all the ingredient A and knead them well to combine evenly by hand.
- 2. Shape the portion with your hands into a ball about 5 cm in diameter. In a small bowl, add the ingredient B and mix. Set aside.
- 3. Dredge each ball (in order) into flour, egg mixture, then panko (bread crumbs).
- 4. Fill a pan or skillet with enough oil to partially submerge the balls (about 1cm is ok) over medium heat, fry the patties for 1 to 2 minutes turning with tongs each side, reduce the heat to low and cook the balls until crisp and golden brown. Transfer to paper towel-lined plate.
