Ingredients
- 500g pork mince
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1/2 or 1 tsp fine salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp herbes de provence
- 1 tbsp heavy cream
- 3 tbsp corn starch
Instructions
- 1. Place the all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until a smooth paste.
- 2. Form a small sausage patty and dust the sausage with corn starch. Roll up with saran wrap. Do the same with the rest of the paste. Let them sit for about 30 mins in the refrigerator.
- 3. Cover and let steam for about 15 minutes, then remove the saran wrap. Cook the sausage in a frying pan over medium-high heat until golden brown.
