Ingredients
- 500g skinless and boneless chicken breasts - cut into chunks
- 5 garlic cloves - finely chopped
- 30g fresh ginger - finely chopped
- 300g celery - chopped
- 200ml coca cola
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp thai sweet chili sauce
- 100ml water
- 2 tsp soy beans paste
- 1/4 tsp fine salt
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp thai seasoning sauce
Instructions
- 1. Place all the ingredients in a lightly greased slow cooker.
- 2. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
- 3. Remove the cover and cook about 30 to 40 mins on low.
- Serve with steamed hot rice!
