Ingredients
- 4 white fish fillet
- - ingredients A -
- 1 carrot - finely chopped
- 4 brown mushroom - finely chopped
- 5 garlic cloves - finely chopped
- 25g fresh ginger - finely chopped
- 1 leek - finely chopped
- 5 tbsp flour
- 1 egg
- 1/3 tsp fine salt
- 15g panko / bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Instructions
- 1. In a medium bowl, put all the ingredients 'A' and mix well evenly.
- 2. In a small frying pan, fry the panko/bread crumbs until nicely brown. Set aside. Preheat the oven to 180 C degree.
- 3. Place the white fishes in the baking dish, and pour the vegetable mixture ( which you made at No.1) over the fishes.
- 4. Sprinkle a toasted panko onto the vegetable.
- 5. Bake in preheated oven about for 30 to 35 mins.
- Serve with your choice of sauce.
