1. In a frying pan, add 1 tbsp olive oil and fry the garlic until fragrant. Add bacon, red bell pepper and mushrooms, continue to cook until wilted. Add salt to taste. Let them cool down to room temperature.
2. Add the mix from #1 once lukewarm and the ingredient A into your food-processor and pulse several times (scrape down the sides if need). Repeat until smooth paste.
3. Add the tomato paste and mix well to combine evenly. Add salt and pepper to taste if you like.
