Ingredients
- - Ingredient A -
- 70g sun-dried tomato - (not oil-packed) - wash lightly and drain
- 220g brown mushroom - cut into bite-size
- 5 garlic cloves - finely chopped
- 1 onion - cut into bite-size
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine
- 1 apple - cut into bite-size
- - Ingredient B -
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 100ml water
- dash of pepper to taste
- dash of pepper if needed
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil and fry the garlic until fragrant. Then add all the rest of ingredient A and saute until wilted. Let it cool to room temperature.
- 2. Put the cooked ingredients from Step #1 to a food processor, then process until smooth. Transfer the paste into a small pot and add ingredients B. Simmer for 10 to 15 mins. Add salt if needed.
- Serve with pasta!
