Ingredients
- 300g all-purpose flour - (or 300g / T55)
- 15g olive oil
- 180ml warm water
- 5g fine salt (6g)
Instructions
- 1. Whisk flour and salt together in a large bowl. Add olive oil and water into the mixture and knead it until smooth.
- 2. Divide the dough into 8 or 9 balls and cover until needed.
- 3. Roll out balls into flat discs, using the rolling pin. If the dough is sticking to the surface or rolling pin, sprinkle a light dusting of flour onto it.
- 4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, place the flatten dough and cook until you see bubbles forming for about 40 sec to 1 min, flip tortilla and cook until the other side is done.
- Repeat with remaining dough.
