Ingredients
- 600g veal - slice thinly
- Ingredient A -
- 40g plain flour or cake flour (T45)
- 40g panko/bread crumbs
- dash of salt and pepper
- 2 onion - slice thinly
- Ingredient B -
- 3 tbsp worcestershire
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp cube bouillon/beef
- 400ml water
- 1 tsp paprika powder (not chili)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- dash of salt to taste
- heavy cream (option)
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, add all the ingredient A and mix. Add the meat and coat it well with the mix.
- 2. In a skillet, heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil over medium-high heat and cook the meat from both sides until it browns lightly, but is not completely cooked through. Add onions over the meat.
- 3. Add the ingredient B and let it to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and cover. Simmer for about 1 hour.
- Serve with hot steamed rice! Pour some of heavy cream if you like.
