Easy fried veal

Ingredients

  • 600g veal - slice thinly

- Ingredient A -

  • 40g plain flour or cake flour (T45)
  • 40g panko/bread crumbs
  • dash of salt and pepper
  • 2 onion - slice thinly

- Ingredient B -

  • 3 tbsp worcestershire
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp cube bouillon/beef
  • 400ml water
  • 1 tsp paprika powder (not chili)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • dash of salt to taste
  • heavy cream (option)

Instructions

  • 1. In a bowl, add all the ingredient A and mix. Add the meat and coat it well with the mix.
  • 2. In a skillet, heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil over medium-high heat and cook the meat from both sides until it browns lightly, but is not completely cooked through. Add onions over the meat.
  • 3. Add the ingredient B and let it to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and cover. Simmer for about 1 hour.
  • Serve with hot steamed rice! Pour some of heavy cream if you like.
