Ingredients
- 500g cabbage - finely chopped
- 1 onion - finely chopped
- 1 carrot - finely chopped
- 2 tsp salt
For the dressing
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 60g mayonnaise or more
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 30g sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 tsp honey mustard (or just mustard)
- a dash of pepper
- a dash of salt to taste (if necessary)
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl add cabbage, onion, carrot and salt (2 tsp). Toss to combine. Let it sit for about 30min to draw out excess water. Drain well.
- 2. In a big bowl, combine all the dressing ingredients and mix. Add the vegetables from #1 and stir until combined well.
- 3. Cover and refrigerate before serving.
