Ingredients
- 50g unsalted butter - soften
- 50g confectioners' sugar
- dash of salt
- 18g egg
- 110g cake flour (T45)
- 10g almond powder
Instructions
- 1. Sift together cake flour and almond powder and set aside.
- 2. Cream the butter and sugar in a bowl, just until smooth and combined. Add salt and mix.
- 3. Then mix in the eggs until incorporated.
- 4 Add the flour (cake flour and almond powder) at a time. Using a spatula, mix
