Ingredients
- 1 tbsp instant coffee powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- milk and ice
Instructions
- 1. In a medium bowl, combine sugar, coffee, cocoa powder and water. Using a hand mixer or a whisk, vigorously whisk until mixture turns soft peaks, smooth and silky.
- 2. Fill some ice cubes in a glass (or two) and pour the milk, then spoon dollops of the whipped coffee mixture on top, mixing before drinking :)
