Ingredients
- 60g onion
- 150g ground pork
- 1/2 egg
- a dash of kosher salt
- 20g breadcrumb
- 50g cabbage
- the other 1/2 egg mixed to 2 tbsp milk
Instructions
- 1. In a cooking bowl, add ground pork, egg, a dash of pepper and salt, Knead well. then add onion, cabbage, bread crumbs, knead again well by hand.
- 2. Make 2 balls, coat meat balls with flour lightly (all around).
- 3. Drop in egg and coat with bread crumbs.
- 4. Heat oil, once it's hot, put the croquettes gently. Cook about 1 min on medium heat, flip once. Cook about 1 min on medium heat.
- 5. Then turn and cook on low heat until cooked through.
- 6. Enjoy it while it's warm :)
