Shiso Furikake Rice Seasoning

Shiso Furikake Rice Seasoning

Ingredients

  • 8 Shiso leaves
  • 1/2 tbsp roasted white sesame
  • 1/8 tsp fine salt
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/3 tsp soy sauce

Instructions

  • 1. Place shiso leaves onto the plate and microwave 2~2.5 min at 600w, then put them in a plastic bag.
  • 2. Crush into small pieces by hands. Transfer into a cooking bowl and set it aside.
  • 3. In a small frying-pan, add sesame, garlic powder, salt and cook gently over midium-low heat. Add soy sauce and mix. Transfer onto a plate.
  • 4. Put cooked sesame into a cooking bowl with shiso leaves. Mix well.
  • 5. Ready to use. Sprinkle over hot steamed rice :)
