Shiso Furikake Rice Seasoning

Ingredients
- 8 Shiso leaves
- 1/2 tbsp roasted white sesame
- 1/8 tsp fine salt
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/3 tsp soy sauce
Instructions
- 1. Place shiso leaves onto the plate and microwave 2~2.5 min at 600w, then put them in a plastic bag.
- 2. Crush into small pieces by hands. Transfer into a cooking bowl and set it aside.
- 3. In a small frying-pan, add sesame, garlic powder, salt and cook gently over midium-low heat. Add soy sauce and mix. Transfer onto a plate.
- 4. Put cooked sesame into a cooking bowl with shiso leaves. Mix well.
- 5. Ready to use. Sprinkle over hot steamed rice :)
