Banoffee Pie
It has been a long time since I last made a Banoffee Pie. We really enjoyed this cake when we were living in London. Actually I could make it without getting it off-the-shelf from Waitrose :) Needless to say children love it!
It is very simple to make : you just need the patience to boil condensed milk for about 4 hours…
