Creative Sushi Roll ( dragonfly　/ Tonbo and Cosmos flower )

I made “Dragonfly” and “Cosmos” Sushi rolls today. I am now looking for the taste that kids will like or that will suit most. If it is too Japanese, it will probably not be so popular with some western people… It is quite fun to think that food we use for Sushi rolls can be both yummy and beautiful :-)

Creative Sushi Roll ( Kazari Maki Sushi )

I started learning to make Sushi roll. It’s fun and yummy! Ham, egg, vegetable and Salmon etc…I tried to use items which kids love. A little bit of curry powder make them tasty:)

Baguette…

I am trying to make baguette at home. I found that just little bit of “malt powder” give them yummy taste and good color:) Simple way to make is the best!

Halloween!

Halloween is coming soon! This year, he wanted to be “toothless” for the day. I made the costume for him because I could not find out anywhere in HK:( He is just happy!
