My recommended balloon skirt for girls

balloon-skirt
Do you know balloon skirts? I am not sure the ballooning thing of the it shows up so well on the picture… Try it with different fabrics. This one is made in quite thin cotton. But it can be also beautiful with, say, lace fabric!

Coming soon – Kids Sailor Pants

I’m making a pattern for a new pair of trousers. It’s called “Sailor pants for kids”. One of the good point is that these pants are unisex. I used black background polka-dot for the pants facing together with this beige fabric. I think it can be fine for both boy and girl. Actually I made this one for my son who is 3 years old now:)
I will try to make another size sample for girls, maybe with cute flower fabric. I hope I can list them up very soon at my etsy shop.

A customer order dress

I got a customer order from a client in the US and I made this tunic dress. This dress is one of my favorite shape and I love this fabric. Its double gauze (raised fabric) which feels nice. I hope her daughter can enjoy to wear.

Beautiful “Nambu ironware” Tetsubin!

I visited my friend’s office and saw many beautiful Nambu Ironwares (Tetsubin). There were many different color and shape. My favorite color was purple which is not on sale yet. It can be good gift idea.

My favorite cake at Qu’il fait bon!

This is a cake shop called Qu’il fait bon! in Ginza.
Their cakes are so cute and I always feel like buying all of them. If you have any chance to go to Ginza, I highly recommend you to visit this shop:) It’s something quite different from the usual cake shops you’d find in Europe for instance.
I think there are some other branches in Omotesando, Yokohama etc….
