Found a beautiful fabric!

I found a beautiful fabric ( double gauze ) and made a flower top with it. The cotton style makes it quite very cute. Unfortunately its so hard to find more of it…

Fancy dress

This is a Fancy dress which can be made without fitting any fastener. So it should be easy for anyone to make it:)
I really enjoy to make girl’s dresses because as we can use different fabrics, variations are unlimited!

Dinosaur machine applique – an idea –

I tried machine applique on plain black T-shirts. I’m gonna get hooked on this. It’s fun because I can choose the fabric for applique:)

Girl’s summer tunic blouse

I’m now preparing the pattern for girls… This is a tunic blouse for summer. The good thing is that you can make this top for winter, if you change the fabric. I will make more samples to make sure of the shape!

Japanese sweet – Baumkuchen –

I went to Ginza today to get shoes for the boys. I could not find out them, but instead I found a good “Baumkuchen” shop. There were many people queueing to get some. I love this cake :) The shop’s name is Nenrinya.

On the Kagurazaka street, there are some traditional retail shops and I found these antique toys.  Try to stroll through the surrounding, Kagurazaka is a very interesting area of town!!
